How can I order from ITW Envopak
- Order via our secure website.
- Order through our Security Solutions catalogue, click here to request for one. Altenatively, you can download an electronic version here.

How do I make a purchase on your website
- Simply click on the products you would like to purchase. At the bottom of the page, fill in the quantity and colour you require then click Add to Cart. When you have selected all of your required items, click on Proceed or go to Your Basket at the top of the screen which will then take you to the checkout page.
- Alternatively you can click into either the Envopak or Envoseal Product Range (either from the Homepage or Our Products- Product Range by application or industry) and select the appropriate category. When you have found the products you require, type in the quantity you wish to purchase and select the colour from the pull down menu. Add the product to the basket.
- Either Continue Shopping, adding other products in the same way as above, or click on Your Basket at the top of the screen. Here you are able to amend/delete items by clicking on the Update/Remove buttons. Once you are satisfied that the details are correct, select one of the payment methods available.
- At the checkout stage you enter all your details including invoice and delivery address (if different). All the fields highlighted with an asterisk must be completed in order for you to place your order successfully.
- When you have submitted your order, a message confirming the order number will appear. An order acknowledgement will also be sent to your e-mail address. Please print this for your records. The online ordering process is now completed and your order will be sent
What is the minimum order value for online orders
- The minimum order value for all orders delivered within the UK mainland is £60 excl. carriage and VAT and £150 excl. Carriage for all other orders.
How can I pay for goods ordered online
- New customers are required to pay by credit card. Existing account holders can choose between being invoiced for the items purchased or paying by credit card. (This will require you to log in with your account number and password).
- For those choosing to be invoiced for items purchased online, payment shall be due within 30 days of the date of invoice.
- Interests on overdue invoices shall accrue from the date when payment becomes due from day to day until the date of payment at a rate of 5% above HSBC Bank plc's base rate from time to time in force shall accrue at such a rate after as well as before any judgement.
Is it safe to use my credit card to purchase from your site
- Yes it is. In fact it is statistically safer to use your credit card over the Internet than in a restaurant or department store
- Our website servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft's Internet Explorer and AOL's browser so that only we can read your personal information
- All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
- However, if you are still concerned you can place the order indicating that you would like to be invoiced and then contact us by phone with your credit card details.
I do not have an account with you Can I still order online
- Yes, you can place your order as above. Initial orders will require payment by credit card, however we will then set up an account for your company for subsequent orders.
When will my goods be delivered
- All our stock items are delivered to the UK mainland within 7 working days. Please allow longer during holiday periods.
- If there is a problem with delivering your item we will contact you
- If your order is urgent, let us know and we will try our best to get it to you within the time required.
What is the delivery charge for my items
- When ordering online, carriage costs for deliveries within UK Mainland will be shown and added to your order upon checking out. A minimum order value of £60 applies.
- Orders from Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islandsand Republic of Ireland and Channel Islandsare charged differently, please place your order and we will contact you on receipt with the delivery charge
- Orders from outside the UK are also subject to a minimum £150 order value and different delivery costs. Please place your order and we will contact you on receipt with a delivery quotation or put you in contact with your nearest overseas distributor.
- Cost of carriage for the return of goods ordered in error will be the sole responsibility of the buyer/client.

In some cases, carriage may be dependent on weight and charges may vary from what is shown on your order. If need be, a member of staff will contact you to confirm any adjustments.
Can I have my goods delivered outside the UK mainland
- Yes you can. Place your order online and we will contact you on receipt with the delivery charge. Alternatively, you can contact us and we will be happy to give you a quote.
Can I return the items that I have purchased
- We will accept returns for all undamaged and unused items.
- Faulty/incorrect items will only be replaced if ITW Envopak is advised within 6 months from receipt of delivery.
- Items ordered in error will be subject to a handling charge of £60 for UK orders and £100 for outside of UK. Carriage paid on these items is non-refundable.
- Cost of carriage for the return of goods ordered in error will be the sole responsibility of the buyer/client.
I cannot find the product that I am looking for
- If you cannot find the item that you are looking for you can search for it using our Quicksearch facility, which can be found at the top of the page
- You can search by industry, application, product name or catalogue code (If you are searching for an item that is in our current Security Solutions catalogue you need to remove the "C" at the beginning of the product code. For example if you are looking for Handilok you should search for STOHL8 rather than CSTOLH8).
Can I have my products customised
- Yes, you can but these require a quotation and cannot be ordered online. Please click here to complete an online quotation form. (Customisation includes special colours, sizes, additional features, embossing/printing of customer logos, instructions & barcodes)
- The minimum order value for customised Envopak®, Durapak or Quikpak carriers is £250.
- The minimum order quantity for logo'd or numbered & text Envopolyseals® is 25,000. There is also a £350 / £50 one off origination charge respectively.
- The minimum order quantity for customising Envoseal Security Seals is 25,000. Please contact us for further information, stating the seal that you wish to customise.
Can I have my products barcoded
- Yes, you can but these require a quotation and cannot be ordered online. Please click here to complete an online quotation form

Can I have my Envopaks repaired
- We no longer carry out repairs on Envopak® Carriers due to long-term/mis-use. However, if the items you have purchased are faulty we are happy to replace, repair or refund them. .
